thats a bit of  pain in the ass then silverbolt I nearly had that problem fortunaly I got my working saturdays the wrong way round so I can go. how often is the attendees list on the aa website update I'm not on there even though i've got my ticket silverbolt you are on there so your ticket has must lickly got cought up in the mail.

I haven't updated the list on the site for a while as the date at the top of the page should say - to be honest, I just haven't had the time with all of the other AA work to do.

Right now I'm in the middle of trying to finish writing/editing Issue 9 of The Cybertronian Times, designing and producing 500 passes, producing between 150 and 200 keyrings, sorting out 500 envelopes for collection on the day, processing bookings, and putting together a little on-screen presentation for the quiz... amongst other things! lol

Yup, I was going to email all the volunteers in the next day or two about it along with the duty roster! We've got the hall Friday and we're probably going to ask dealers/volunteers to arrive from around 3:00 pm onwards to give me and Sven time to get our stuff in and check the layout is okay, but I'll cover all the details in the email.
