I think animated has the opurtunity to become a great show, at the moment I really like it apart from the humans. My favourite character is Prowl. The look of Prime has really grown on me and the idea that he is a rookie leader is a great idea. so for me it is turning out to be a great show.

Yes I like the Rookie leader thing, The mouth Guard is growing on me. But I do not like the Mouth shots...

I'm somewhat uncertain of rookie Prime. He was ok, but not particularly good. I always thought Optimus, even at the beginning of his career, should have this little "something" that makes him shine and foretells who he is going to become.

But, still, it's a decent twist, if later used properly.

very very nice.. the Autobots had new hideout and Bumblebee make Prowl joke and Prowl had grumpy day..  and Megatron's head had voice said "STARSCREAM!" when seen on screen..  nice. and Sari with bots night during shooting around.. not bad.. lol that call "Home is Where the Spark is" that I watch today with my copy tape VCR.. nice..

I think as the entire purpose of this thread is to discuss the episodes of Animated that have aired it's a given there's going to be spoilers here.
I myself didn't like this episode as much as the first one, mainly due to the lack of Transformers in it. OK, so the Autobots are in it but the Decepticons are still nowhere to be seen aside from Megatron's head in Sumdac's lab. The characters are coming on well though, I especially like Ratchet and Prowl. Once Megatron gets a body and the other Decepticons turn up I think this programme will vastly improve but right now, although I still enjoy watching it and am looking forward to the next episode, I think it's gonna get a bit stale with the Teen Titans-style villians. If I wanted those, I'd watch Teen Titans.

Exactly, and besides; the American members here can't really be blamed for wanting to discuss about the episodes they see on TV before the rest of us get it from our torrents and whatnot.

Well, just started watching episode 4. Archer seems rather... silly.

Archer to me, was just another one of those awfully well spoken British characters that appeases most Americans perceptions of the British.

*Blaster hands out Hankies for all concerned* I was not complaining and I don't cry over spilt milk. Where does this bout of lets have a go Blaster come from?  Fact is, if the Americans wanted to talk about it, then they could white it out as it been done before or highlight Spoilers as it has been done before. If I come into this thread wanting to talk to somebody about the first Series and then see what happens in the second, that is ok? My opinion it is not. Its like waiting to see the second film at the Pics and some twat shouting out the ending, it is just not done old bean! and amongst friend and fellow Forumers I think we can at least be civilized on that matter, being a lucky American and all. I have the upmost respect for you Nemesis but I am so not with you on this. "Exactly, and besides; the American members here can't really be blamed for wanting to discuss about the episodes they see on TV before the rest of us get it from our torrents and whatnot"  Or do we have to open 101 Threads for none forseeing American and so on? I think not.

ProtoformX I am with you. Although the lack of Bots was disturbing it seemed to be just a tad to childish. As I mentioned the Human side of this Cartoon is what ruins it for me. Sleep Overs Archers with dodgy British Accents There is so much potential. I thought the Megatron Head piece was clever and very good. All in all 4 out 10 for this episode, where as the first was 9 out of 10.

is it me or has the Spoiler caption just been added? if not then Sorry folks.

I thought it was pretty fun and Sari, unlike any human character since Spike, isn't getting in the way of the giant robots, either in battle or screen-time in general.

The only thing that started bugging me is the animation. Not because of the distorted faces and deformed bodies, but because more often than not it looks... uhm... cheap? Especially the transformation sequences. They were very chopped up in this episode.

It was added afterwards I think.

But I agree, everyone was pissed off and made an entire seperate section dedicated to the '07 Movie spoilers. I don't see why people aren't as annoyed now (and no don't say because it's not as good because so far it's proving to be far more intelligent than the Movie was )
