 I hadn't realised how easy it is to make a blank post until today when I tried it (yes, sorry for doing it).

 Is there any way of preventing blank posting other than just telling someone to stop it?

Nope. Not as far as I know.

Oh and, you making a blank post wasn't a problem in itself, it happens, we click by accident and may not notice til later - it's when everyone else starts arsing about afterwards.
