Watching More than meets the Eye and in part 3 when Ravage is allowed to escape to report on a fake rocket site he tells megatron how far away it is. Its been so long since I've seen season1 and I was totally shocked. This must be the only time he speaks until Headmasters.

Ravage also spoke occasionally in the Marvel comic (Issue 1 and in the Time Wars arc where he snaps Shockwave out of a torpor)

I've known this for quite some time. MTMTE is full of little oddities like that.

Like Megatron firing himself in gun mode without assistance (though I think he did this more than once over the series) and slinging the cannon on his back toy-accurately under his arm and shooting with it.

And yeah, Ravage talked quite a bit in the Marvel comic, the UK print in particular. He was a chatty catty.

He does not speak in the 'normal' way,  he is inside soundwave the tape starts turning inside soundwave and a voice comes from no were [what i and others asume is ravage also i think it was ment to be ravage] giving info on rocket fuel. So it is in tape mode but jis voice and not soundwaves or a recording of others but his voice.

Ohh i remember that voice on the tape, i thought you meant he spoke properly. No, that aint ravage's voice, thats some information he recorded off of bbc schools tv, they edited out the part where the decepticons had to sit and watch a giant clock for a minute while cheesey musak played.
