They'll find a way round that, when the time comes. They've already opened the door by giving the master a new set. I liked dalek caan. Great stuff.

Anybody think that some of the CGI looked abit guff this episode? The part where the tardis locked onto the signal, floating around before he came back to earth. It looked like it was suspended on a string.

Question - why did rose teleport so bloody far away from the doctor?
Answer - because if she had appeared any closer he would have got trapped in her ridiculous bart simpson jaw.

I am a bit shocked!
So Tennant is sticking around?
Yes- some of the CGI was rubbish- but a great episode!

Tennants said he'll be back for the main series in 2010 after he's finished playing Hamlet for the Royal Shakespeare company. He's already finished filming the Xmas special so one would presume he regenerates with the same appearance. Is there any rule to say he has to change appearance? I don't know enough, thats why I'm asking.
I thought some of the 'terrified' acting was actually terrible. Sarah Janes particularly. The Harriet Jones part surprised me. Went out doing something honourable in the end.

I couldn't see his face. It was actually rather annoyingly teasing (which I guess is what they were aiming for) as he crept forward a few inches, then it cut to something else, only to repeat it again. Rose looks different, like shes put on weight.

Anyone else think it was hilarious watching Jack being a complete dick when Torchwood gets attacked by the Daleks?
"Hey, the Daleks are here! OK, I'm just going to find the Doctor right
now. Of course, the timing is pure coincidence. And while I'm at it,
I'll take the only gun on earth that can take a Dalek out. But I'm sure
that you'll be all right if you use these other normal guns that I know
from previous experience are uselesss against Daleks.

Fraid not- he is so far uncomfirmed and has stated that he doesn't know if he's back for 2010.
If he does regenerate, that implies the reported scene with him and a Cyberman was deliberately filmed as a red herring. Oh-ho! Makes sense, seeing as this was reported some weeks ago, and that's surprisingly early for filming the xmas special.

why it was in every news paper.
A scene with Tennent and a Cyberman in a graveyard which was apparently
for the Xmas episode. The Cyberman has the Cyrus industries logo on the
chest

I liked Sarah Jane's acting, and Rose is supposed to be 'battle hardened', presumably explaining her constant gameface. I heard that Cybermen are back for the Christmas special, but then there's been so many dodgy rumours about this finale... The Dalek Supreme being Harriet Jones and Davros creating new Daleks out of Bees to name just two, that I've given up on the internet as a source of reliable information. to be fair one shouldn't trust the internet for reliable information on anything, but methinks RTD has been seeding dissinformation to cover the inevitable leaked spoilers with a bodyguard of lies. Either that or Whofans are just retarded and delight in coming up with insane theories to explain everything...

Well... If tennant has indeed been offed, who will be the new who? If they are getting a new doctor, this has to be the best kept bbc secret since wogan's wig.

Okay, i've heard that . . .whited out below:
*The hand of the doctor will be used by the master somehow to regenerate using his DNA, so Tennant will play the master in the specials next year and maybe for Xmas, and a new person will take over the Doctors helm*

Just seen the Xmas special Pics, so that means Tennant stays the Doctor. David Morrisey is in the special. It would be an asbolutely massive and expensive hoax to trick fans if it isn't true.
