Just wondering, what's the legal stand point on scans of the Marvel stuff? Hasbro/Marvel/IDW/Titan all must have some say on different bits of material.

I think there must be some kind of a deal going on between OST and Hasbro / whoever currently holds the rights to Marvel US / UK. Hence why scans only last on the website on a month-by-month basis.

To be frank I don't know what the legal situation is. I heard that TF Archive got threatened with Hasbro lawyers some years ago, but they get major traffic and had stacks of scanned stories online.

Less people look at mine and I take them down after a month. There's only ever a couple of stories visible at any one time so I don't suppose Hasbro/IDW are that interested. I also make sure to steer away from anything I know IDW is reprinting.

Scans page updates next Saturday (7th). One of the stories will be Meltdown - which is the final two issues of the City of Fear story. However I'm open to suggestions about any other Marvel US/UK stories people want. Any requests?
