That's really the reason for it, though. Because Buzzsaw was sold with Soundwave, the cartoon didn't have to try to advertise his toy, just Soundwave's. Laserbeak had to sell on his own merits, so he got a lot of attention in the show.

carnt understand why they sold him with different tapes, from japan to europe versions

I always wonder who the lads who got fried in the comic version of the arrival from Cybertron were. I'm sure some got pulped, didn't they?
Going on the comic, you could argue Smokescreen, Tracks, Grapple, Hoist and Skids (I think it's them 5, anyway) were 'original crew members' on the basis their 'personality chips' (or something) were on the ark 'in storage' until they could have bodies built.

I always wondered about that. Wheeljack said that "copies" of their personalities were stored. So does that mean the originals are still running about on Cybertron somewhere?
