Did anyone else have issues with the audio on the 2nd copy of Neo?

I heard there were some mono (coming out of one speaker) issues with it.  That's why the guy re-encoded it for the third time.

Is there any special reason as to why the picture always has black borders on every side?  Personally, I'd have cropped them out before the encoding process.

On the dvds the episodes came on the image was badly formatted when i watched the dvds on the pc but on the dvd player they where fine. I would have thought that grifter would have sorted this problem out by now on the avi. Ill go pester him when he comes online to see if he can do anything to sort it

Another suggestion I'd make is perhaps increasing the font size of the subtitles a tad so they aren't so small.

unfortuanately i havent seen grifter online in the past few days so i havent asked about the subtitles however using virtualdub i have managed to adjust the image to remove the black border and converted the video to a uniform 640X480 resolution also i have tryed to fix the left channel only audio in neo ep1 to create a stereo track. The torrents at the usual location and a link is posted on tfw2005.

I shall grab that when the seed/leach ratio picks up, cos currently it is at a standstill on my end.

No worries, it's getting there slowly but surely.  I don't mind playing the waiting game so long as the download finishes.

There was still a small black border on the top and bottom of the screen.  Which I assume is due to the 704 x 480 resolution.

And I noticed the subtitles were slightly fuzzy as well.
