Alternator Bumblebee, if based on his animated incarnation would be a Suzuki Swift, since They're pretty much identical anyway. In fact I've seen one with a spoiler and stripes that would have been an exact match, had it not been green.

yeah but on animated he more like ford Hatchback item because taillight on the top and it 5th trunk on back that would work for him on Alternator.. as well..
Edit: I found story about bumblebee's check out:
Hasbro had also been actively seeking a license from Volkswagen in order to update the Autobot, Bumblebee (who was a Volkswagen Beetle). Volkswagen declined, presumably due to their World War II history, claiming that, as with Porsche, they do not endorse "war toys." All Alternators sport some manner of weaponry (although Alternators Windcharger had its gun barrel removed because Honda of America disallowed it) and Hasbro insisted that Bumblebee carry a gun. Concept drawings of the Bumblebee toy and a Cliffjumper re-mold still exist and the design made a cameo as a possible "future" Bumblebee in the BotCon 2005 comic, "Descent into Evil."

What i'd REALLY love to see would be a kind of classics range, done in alternator quality.
So we'd have proper GI-esque alt modes, but with the detail, and articulation of Alts.

That would be cool. Strange that it wasn't mentioned earlier. There being so many G1 fans including everybody on this board.

What's the point in mentioning something that'll happen when hell freezes over?

Really? Is it cold in the UK?
Here, the weather is making us boil. A little. Around 26 - 30 degrees Celsius.

Cold, no, wet and windy, VERY! and it's JULY! (mind you, last summer was a complete washout, so why not this one too)

And your close by the coast if I can recollect. I'm about an hour from the coast, so though it's wet all the other times of the year, summer tends to be a little dry and not nearly as wet as the cities that hug the Pacific Coast.

Kup would have to be an old pickup. Streetwise would be a cool choice, so that Prowl isn't the only cop car in the line! First Aid could maybe be included as a new model of ambulance car, and even Hotspot as a fire chief's car?
For the 'Cons, again I reiterate that the Stunticons need to be done! The Battlechargers as well, though I'm not sure which other 'Cons could really work as cars...
