That robot mode shot of Sideswipe isn't doing him any favours, it makes him look for lack of a better word... stupid.

yeah and Sideswipe's car look like almost same as Sunstreaker's car as well but bit different weapon and head.

as cool as the classics are, i don't think i am going to get anymore, i have the whole first wave.....and yeah a couple new molds are great but it'll just end up repaint after repaint

I'd probably get Sunstreaker over Sideswipe myself, though buying them both is always a possibility. Acidstorm is another maybe, to get another seeker character. I might get Ironhide as well, but I won't be picking up every character in the series, especially when, as ironpyrite more or less said, half of them will be just-slightly-modified repaints.

I'll only buy the repaints that are real G1 characters, and only then if the mould fits the character. That's why I've bought Skywarp, will buy Thundercracker and have skipped Cliffjumper. Acid Storm is also a 100% skip.
Of course the repaints should have been repaints in G1 too. Treadbolt and Stormcloud are no-no's since those are just cheap attempts to get money. They never were repaints in G1 so they shouldn't be now.

yeah I agree with you guys, I feeling like too much buying.. as repaints but I still need get like prowl and sunstreaker only.. as for classics or universe better? for sunstreaker and Prowl car. that why I want to get it. but others is okay so I not going buy these.. too much repaints stuff.. problem with money etc.. but toys look good. but my favorite characters to buy myself.. unlike TFA as well.
