I think that an aircraft carrier character(whether it is Broadside or Shockwave/Tidal Wave or possible an entirely new character) is a great idea! It would give the US Navy and the USMC an advertising tool in the future installments. My paternal grandfather was the ranking Marine Corps intellegence officer for over a decade, so I feel quite strongly about this.
