The pink thing is something from the Animated series called the Headmaster. In the show it's a guy in a robot suit who uses lasers to slice the head off a Transformer. The robot then transforms into that pink head and attaches itself to the body, gaining control of the Transformer in the process. As far as they toy is concerned it comes with the Leader class Bulkhead figure. It can attach to any Leaer class figure and, in the case of the Bulkhead figure, changes his voice so he talk like the Headmaster.
I think the figure looks a little bland. The posabilty is great as is the overall look, but there's just not enough detail for me. I wish Hasbro wuld start shipping figures with that black wash all their publicity shots have.
