I can definitely see Megatron as a Blackbird, its really just a question of filling in the gaps in the front and smoothing him off.

Correctly spelt, but misused. Presumptuous mean they presume something. If you wanted another word for gullible, you could have had naive.
I suppose both could apply, but they're just not the same thing. Presumptuous actually works better, because gullible implies they were tricked into thinking they were dead, as opposed to just presuming that being ripped in half, having a cube pushed into their chest etc could kill them. (I think the Autobots were a presumptuous about Megatron, to be honest, and as he's in the sequel, evidently so).

The blackbird was never actually publicly displayed (pictures or anything) as far as I know so this could get damn interesting if a blackbird is in the film - a Transformer or not.

I guess I would be in the minority as I wouldnt want Megs as a tank. I never liked Megatron as a slow or cumbersome leader with great power. I like him being fast and nimble, as well as powerful.
We already had a tank for TF, with Devastator so we've already seen what one can do and it just wouldnt be interesting.
I'd prefer Megatron to stay with a flying alt. Being able to blast off to anywhere without any ground restrictions is fantastic writing material.

The tank looks way better that his silly jet form, maybe he will be a tripple changer.
As for the blackbird my money is its soundwave if you look at the call sheet every new character has a code name only the blackbird is called jetfire i think bay is, trying to throw us by giving us a name to theorize.

i agree with danny. Megatron should come back with a smooth surface rather than jagged. That pointy look makes him look too organic. The point is to make them seem like they have inorganic parts. More mechanical.

i don't like that look but i think this is just hogwash.
bay puts out fake stuff. i would like to see something done in solidworks rather than photoshop. then i'll probably believe it.

the tank is either megatron or the fallen. first the trans tech cheetor design was revived, now the transtech megatron.
