Obviously i'm not expecting folk to bump up cash for a prize, but some sort of competition or contest would be fun. Maybe everyone could donate an unwanted tf to the prize fund, with the winner taking all.
Maybe an incredibly complicated quiz, with everyone submitting questions, or an art competition, or something more fun - perhaps pin the tail on the percy? Or snakes and lagerlots.
