I think he looks pretty good. My only issue is the backward-facing wings forming his shoulders. Also, the figure isn't going to look as good as that - remember comic designs always contain much more detail than their toy counterparts.

You know what would be interesting, if Hasbro made Nemesis/Nova Prime, characters from Stormbringer like Astrotrain.

I think there's too many sport cars as it is.

How about another sub-line in Universe? Comic only figures?
Then you can add things like HOS, -sation Headmaster (unlikely), Pretenders, rest of War Within or Strombringer

Although that line will create a paradox. It contains comic only figures right? But as soon as they are put in the line, they're not comic only anymore!

I really like his design.  The high level of detail is reminiscent of an Alternator-style look, and it would look great as an Alternator figure.  The hip wings (presumably the car doors) do look a bit odd, but at least they don't extend out from behind his shoulders, as with so many other Alts.

It'll be interesting to see whether or not the other Earth-bound Autobots in the comic know him, or whether they initially treat him with suspicion due to not being familiar with him.  Though if Earth's Autobot forces consist solely of Hot Rod, Sunstreaker/Hunter and the Dinobots, then they'll need all the help they can get.

Could potentially make for some interesting tension among the Autobot ranks...

I really like the design, but have mixed feelings about the character. On one hand, with so many different characters to choose from, was it necessary to create a new one. On the other hand, they can do what they like with the character, and its not going to conflict with any previous incarnations.

The Fallen won't be in the next movie. The fallen from the title, if that will be the real title, refers to the Decepticons.

i think that too and i think it was a great way to cover the plot and get buzz since The Fallen a popular character.

Bay had to use Revenge of the Fallen because Decepticons Strikes Back would be lame and George Lucas would sue him LOL
