I think this question has come up before.

Anyway, mine was Brawn, and I still have him.

Original: Grapple
Collector: I suppose Beast Wars Rampage, although when I bought him I wasn't planning on getting any more. He later turned out to be the first of many.

As a kid, I really can't remember - I suspect it to possibly be one of the Constructicons, probably Scrapper.

As a collector - Masterpiece Prime - only really started collecting a few years ago.

them from. Still got them both.

As a collector, hmm... I think after i rediscovered TFs it might be RID
Grimlock, Wedge, Hightower & heavy load from Woolies. Or some cheap
Beast Machine Deluxes from Tesco

I got vortex for christmas one year. I dropped it outside and it landed in a drain cover, but the rotor blades held it up on the bars. When I tried to get it out it fell in though. I lost a robocop to the same drain too. I never walked too near that drain again.

First figure when I was a kid was Windcharger.  He was lost to the mists of time though.

My first figure from my first adult collection was Classics Jazz.

Classics as in the gold-box reissues in the early 90's?

It was one of the Beast Wars guys, I forget his name but he's the red Predicon ... if that helps.

my first were frenzy and laserbeak... happy days.

As a collector, Skram from the Euro G2 line (previously available as part of the '92/'93 Euro G1 line). G2 was quite hard to find up North, but a market trader at Leeds used to carry them and a bizarre novelty shop in the town of Horsforth also did a few. I got bargain basement Laser Rod Prime and Tank Megs from Jolly Giant before it went bust (ho ho ho). And I picked up G2 Optimus Prime for a tenner from er, a Pound shop (yeah, I couldn't figure that either) in Pontefract. Bargain!

Beast Wars was where it properly kicked in for me. Loved the show and was so chuffed to see Transformers back on the shelves. And, best of all, that kids dug the figures. Woolies did some good promotion for BW when it initially came out - footprint stickers on the floor and loads of instore signage.

First ever: Wheeljack, fittingly enough.

As a collector, I'm pretty new, so I think Alternator Skids was my first.

G1 Jazz (hence my soft spot for him) or Optimus Prime. Think Jazz was first, but not sure now.
