I'm not sure who made this, but TV Nihon used this on their latest Headmasters post. I think it's bloody marvellous:

The Clocker mould does look quite good as a limb. But I'm not sure if I'd ever want to see Fortress Maximus as a gestalt offically.

I have never seen these Transformers. They kinda look like the Headmasters with the same colour scheme but that's about it.

They're all kitbashes/repaints of existing figures. Brainstorm comes from Energon Superion, Hardhead, Highbrow and Cerebros come from Energon Bruticus (Can't remember individual Energon combiner names) and Chromedome is Clocker from the Cybertron line, somehow modified to come with the rest.
I agree with Nem that I can't see Fortress Maximus as a gestalt either, but I just think this is a great idea wonderfully executed.
