Knowing your lck with aquiring toys that go for large amounts dude you'd probably fnd her getting sold for a much smaller fee like other toys we've seen in the past *cough* Fort Max and predaking *cough*

And smug you should look. I'd brag about that to everyone- Tf fan or not- for ever and ever if I'd got that lucky. The closest I ever got was geting a G1Metroplex for 8.99 and it was so expensive because "its from 1986 so it has to be so expensive". Should have felt bad screwing a guy like that but oh well I get a complete Metroplex and he got almost a tenner. Pred wins

Artfire the rare Inferno Targetmaster repaint from 87 is on Ebay for $3999 or best offer. He is in pristine condition no flap crease, or shelf wear. I am really tempted in putting a bid in for him.

Hell Bells Ive just found the only AFAD Artfire on Ebay for $4950. If I got Minelba AFAd for £950 6 months ago, theres no way he'll get $4950. It should be £1500 or best offer.

I can get a MIB Minelba for between 375 and 400 GBP.

Unfortunatly she's very rare. But nothing is impossible.

Too rich for my blood.  That is the only thing I am getting from this thread, and I'm known for buying ridiculously expensive toys.

Aye these figures are way way outside my price range. I thought I was spending a lot when I bought my Brave Max for £150!! This all puts me well in the shade

I wouldn't mind, but some of these rare figures like Minelba aren't so great. I didn't really go for the Headmaster Jrs, and thought they were pretty lousy toys myself - just my humble opinion.

Your right about the headmaster Jrs. The Autobot ones arn't too bad, but I saw Fangry in someones collection and I couldn't believe how crap he looks, my next door neighbour had Horribull when I was a kid and he wasn't that bad. Hasbro dropped the ball totally in 88.

Fangry is a horrible toy. That wolf head looks like a huge plastic turd.
Some of the '88 stuff was okay. Not much, though! The power master jets were good, didn't like the autobots bar getaway, combinig tapes were alright and the Seacons nudge through by virtue of being fantastically ridiculous!

88 had some great toys, Siren was the only Headmaster I had from that era, but Nightbeat was great. As Said Getaway was pretty awesome, a mate of mine had Joyride who I also thought was pretty funky. He also had all the seacons who were awesome.

But then, I'm the guy who also liked Action Masters...

Plastic turd Lol. The Seacons were actually pretty good I did buy all of them when I was a kid. A real problem I have with Minelba and Power Master Prime etc is that all the windows are stickers which looks really cheap. I own Road King the Takara Slapdash MISB and he's OK, I am watching Masterforce at work at the moment and Getaway looks real nice.

Hey! I thought the AMs were okay. The only one I have is Slicer (Wheeljack repaint). I like how dinky and posable they are!

And jhayes, Masterorce is great! Easily my favourite of the Japan Only stuff of the 1980s!

Its suprizingly zippy that thing (bloody noisy as well!) - makes short work of any autobots in its way! (which is as it should be!)
