Unicron was never released but a prototype was shown at Botcon 96. I personally think he looks terrible and we were spared. But the prototype of Arcee shown in the Generations book looks pretty good. And it's a shame she was never released. The thing with Arcee is she wouldn't of sold because all the girls I knew never bought Transformers at all. This would mean loads would have been stock piled.

Have you seen the Unicron prototype that was made during the Beast Wars era? That was an amazing looking design, but would have been on a much larger scale than Armada Unicron.

In the same Generations book, there is also a pink and white redeco of Chromedome which was also in the design stages of becoming Headmaster Arcee (as per the Rebirth S4 cartoon).

I should be able to dig one out when I get home. Its a grey uncoloured prototype. I think it was made circa 1999.

I didn't know Unicron and Arcee existed as far back as the Industrial Revolution.

The Beast Wars one is awesome, but the original looks hilarious. Looks like a beach ball!

Don't ask me why, but that's kinda how I imagine Nemmy. Only cuddlier.

Keep that peculiar imagination to yourself.  Better yet, don't include me in it!

We should start a new campaign to get that BW Unicron made at last!  I'd buy the mofo!  Might have to donate one of my legs or something to medical science to afford it, though...

Hahaha, awesome.

Perhaps it's what influenced Hearts of Steel.
