What was funny was that when I rewatched it, Foley said at the beginning of the show that 'who knows, maybe I could be sitting next to J.R by the end of the night' and he was right. Definitely a guess. J.R went absolutely mental. I really like this Mix up.
The developers of Smackdown VS Raw 2009 have their work cut out now, especially if they had superstars organised in the story mode that have switched brands. Potentially it could make a big difference with regards to voice acting etc. J.R's already done his. If he mentions RAW in any of it, they'd have to be re-recorded.

i too like the commentator shake up, although i wish they would get rid of that annoying ECW bloke.
Aparently there was a few that were not told they would be moving.

All of the draft picks new nothing of there swap except Triple H who a few months back did a promo for MyTV Network along with Edge Vickie Guerrero so it been in the works a while. Also the only two others that were guarantee were Batista & Umaga as the Writing Team want to really push Umaga against the Undertaker once he returns.
Rey Mysterio was told as well but only a few days before the draft so he could make the Raw live but was said to be unhappy about it.

from what i read this morning, Rey only knew moments before being called out. he was on tour in Mexico when he was called and asked to come to raw.
it wasn't till they announced he was drafted he knew

Smackdowns locker room is going to be even more split than the old RAW one. People will be siding with Undertaker or HHH, I know who I'd choose, even though I like both of them as wrestlers.

It's down to the taker. Umaga is brilliant, and can work with anyone. However, most of takers repertoire is power, and I doubt he'll be able to lift umaga.

Umaga's getting talking parts too. I'm glad he is.
Taker is silent and Umaga is presented as not speaking english.
Taker will have to resort to submission holds and last rides from the turnbuckle. You never know, he might surprise us and lift him. For some reason I can see him tombstoning him. I hope Umaga gets a decent push with some clean wins against someone big.

Its disrespectful to all of them to be honest (HHH knew damn well!).
Telling someone with a weeks notice or less they have to significantly
change their working schedule, times and days is disrespectful.

HHH had to change. He was barely seeing Stephanie and she always manages to get to tuesday tapings so its better for him to see her and Aurora.
It was obvious he was moving, he did promos with Vicki and Edge for the new network.
I agree it was disrespectful to not let the others know. The Hardy's reaction to their moves was actually pretty kool. I really hope Kane gets a monster Heel push on RAW. They need one, and he can do a monster heel well.

He's meant to be 'Undead' I guess. Its the reason he doesn't do interviews and doesn't ever come out of character on camera, even when other talent does. I kind of like that. It was said that Bret Hart stayed in character wherever he went. Taker doesn't take things that far, but it adds to the mystery around him in my opinion. I like it.
I can see there being a few backstage bustups now. Vince will have to intervene. Its difficult for him. He's good friends with Taker, but is family to HHH. Takers stood by the company through thick and thin and was a major player in the ratings wars.

He used to talk when he first started, and when he was the "lord of darkness" in 99, and during his huge feuds with HBK and Kane in 97-98. There's really no reason for him not to talk.

desert stole the gas from his bike and Show came back with some new
Snake skin boots and his hog on his back.
How he did it with a a straight face I will never know.

Exactly. I love to see something of a face-lord of darkness run. What exactly is his problem with HHH btw?
Agree on the Kane monster heel run, but am very doubtful it will happen.
