Well If I am honest to trade Kurt Angle just to get him away from Booker T wife is rather a poor angle and just not that really a good enough reason.
Besides Zero Told me Booker T wife Sharmell only going to appear for a few more weeks then disappear. But I think she here to stay she seems to be getting more and more involved every week.

I think The Kurt Angle Draft to Raw is a good call and just coincidently would get him away from this TERRIBLE! storyline he has with Booker T & Sharmell is a good thing. But the only loose end with Kurt's drafting is that it leaves the "Kurt Angle Gold Medal invitational" Angle dead in the water after it's obvious that the WWE were working up toward something with it....Maybe he'll continue it on RAW but i doubt it.

Well i see too things could happen if Kurt heads to RAW.
1 he will continue the Kurt Angle invitational and a new debuting Star will top him for the medals and a feud will begin. I also see if not a upcoming star challenging him then maybe Shelton Benjamin.
2 if Shawn Michaels dose in deed stay on Raw a rematch at Summer Slam could be in Kurt Angles future.

i have had another idea, i thought that maybe that batista would go to SD and then a trade would be forced on Biscoff, but thats not gonna happen.............then i thought well what about Biscoff being traded him self to SD which would then force a trade back,
happened to hayman, be he was never traded back

That Idea about Bishoff could work in deed.
Bishoff could be that desperate to go back to Raw then He trades not just Cena but another two superstars of Theodore Long choice. that means Smackdown could benefit more from the draft.
Lets face it Smackdown in the next few months will need the star power to survive if it gets that nasty time slot.
I always have stated that this draft should be here to benefit Smackdown more than Raw since Raw ever year since the draft Idea begun has always benefited more which was wrong in my eyes.

But on the other hand, if it gets a rubbish time slot they're likely to move all the guys they want to use onto RAW to protect them. SD will end up like another Heat...

Well I think when push comes to shove they will move networks
I don,t see WWE wanting the show to move down the rating anymore than they have done

I just been reading that that One legged wrestler Zach Gowen is now working for TNA and is a part of the X division.
lets hope he in TNA more than five minutes like he was with WWE.
I like Zach but i think no body takes him seriously because of his disability which is just wrong in my book. he has talent let him use it.

I think i know who has been drafted to Smackdown this week from RAW, i read a spoiler accidental last night and i didn't shield my eyes quick enough.....I'm sure you can find it wherever you look for your news so i won't tell you who it was.
I also heard that Vince plans to make An ECW Brand his 3rd Brand whilst keeping RAW and SMACKDOWN intact. This is a big and costly project for WWE to start up another Brand and TV show but for ECW fans? who miss the Extreme stuff? they'll lap it up. I dunno about this, a part of me thinks that WWE are trying to cash in on the popularity and hardcore fan base for ECW that still exists today, but as people have rightfully said, ECW is dead and WWE are just trying to flog a dead horse to us....of course it will be successful to begin with because it's ECW but will it be just a phase? Will this 3rd brand start to go down hill after the first 18 months? Your guess is as good as mine.

No it's not. It can go in the heat slot. That was going to happen a year or two back, can't remember offhand why it didn't.

I'm just telling you what i heard dude. I can't say how true it is after all at this stage everything is all rumors right now but i heard that it will be a 3rd brand, now it would make perfect sense to merge the two 1hr shows like Heat and Velocity together to make the 2hr ECW show that would prove to be much more cost efficient but i think they want to keep Heat....

I can tell you that the rumors of Vince wanting a third brand is true
but wanting and having are too different things. If Vince and WWE want a third brand it will be a long way off yet as things will need to be planned out and stages must be set out properly before it goes a head when and if in deed it dose.
Like I said before if ECW dose return it should be kept separate from the WWE stuff and run like it used to be with the extremeness and in bingo halls and not made too main stream.

DOES SHARK BOY HAVE A CASE AGAINST DISNEY?
By: John Daly 6/8/2005 12:25:36 PM |

TNA wrestler Shark Boy has reportedly filed a lawsuit against Disney for using his trademarked ring-name for one of the title characters in their upcoming film, "The Adventures of Shark Boy & Lava Girl in 3-D".
One may argue that Shark Boy doesn't have any feet to stand on, since the movie industry and professional wrestling are two separate types of businesses. However, there is a pretty strong precedent in the wrestler's favor. Long ago, Marvel Comics trademarked the name "Hulk" for their famous super-hero. Thus the WWE and WCW have had to strike deals, in the past with Marvel Comics, to be allowed to use and ! market that name.
To me, this conflict seems to be just as valid. Shark Boy trademarked the name five years ago, long before the Disney film had begun production. Both names are now being used for "fantasy" characters in products directed (at least in some part) toward children.
I'm really surprised Disney didn't think to look up the name for a possible trademark problem, prior to producing the film. It's also ironic that the star of the film, David Arquette, is an avid wrestling fan who most likely would have been familiar with the wrestler. One has to wonder if he ever mentioned the possible conflict to the director/producer Robert Rodriguez.
Shark Boy has stated that he wants to keep Disney from releasing their film because of the trademark infringement. I honestly don't see this happening, but I wouldn't be surprised to see the wrestler win a large settlement, based on the marketing rights. I'm no lawyer, and won't pretend to understand the ins and outs of our legal system, but I'd say Shark Boy has a pretty legitimate case. It will be interesting to see what happens.

I don,t see how if the likeness is like him and and the way the Character act in the more similar then I would say yes. But this is for a different form of product the only thing thats could be effected the name.
