Yes but even if you have too forms of entertainment if you have a person from one product acting and creating a character that looks and acts the same as a character from another form of product then it can be seen as stealing Ideas and a character .

Hogan had Hulk in the name and he acted wildly like what  The Hulk did at times thats why he went from Hulk Hogan to Hollywood Hogan.

The Matt Hardy and Lita Video Tape Scandal has surfaced again, this time with Matt Hardy confirming that the video tapes do indeed exsist on his website. He gave the following comments, “Not that it’s a big deal, but yes, they do exist.”

He had mentioned the video tapes on Opie & Anthony before, but had then downplayed that they exsisted. It will be interesting to see if they are ever “released”.

Well if he dose release them then thats his chances of getting back to WWE screwed up for good.

If you are going to film yourself having relations with some one why tell any one and secondly why do it in the first place.

Yeah, but court cases take time- an imminent court case over the name of a character could delay filming. Delays in filming would cost a hell of a lot more than just whacking Sharky a bag filled with money. The case won't even reach court.

indeed you maybe right should be good to watch out for.

on an ECW note i have had another idea but this may turn into a rant/epic novel so bare with me..

ok........we all know that if ONS is a success then ECW will be brought back to have some sort of show on a weekly bases, now, ECW won't be killed off on Sunday night we all know this,

soooo............ i think this will happen,

with the draft taking place it is time to have all the title belts from wwe on one show ie send the IC champ to SD and send the US champ to raw,  having all the old WCW belts on raw and having the wwe woman's title on raw,

after being embarrassed by ECW, Eric will become obsessed at killing them, so then he comes up with renaming raw to nitro, and having an ECW show fighting it, leaving WWE to fight the both.

now may sound unlikely but when eric introduced the world title on raw and moved the announcers table to the stage many people were talking about it then, with the history of the 2 this could work if done right and not left to drag, let the public decide which one lives
