Is this the part where we start chanting "you lucky git!" for having your own little section on the forum for galleries?

I picked up Starscream today. Very nice figure with some great poseability, but every time I transform him into plane mode, I hear a rattling inside and know his head has popped off yet again...

...and today I got Bumblebee and Deluxe Prime, both with far more complex transformations than they first appeared. Oil Slick definitely remains my current favourite, though. I've also got an email from Play stating that Voyager Prime and Leader Megs (along with the Brawn keychain) are en route. Along with the already-sent Grimlock, it's gonna be a good week Transformer-wise.

Voyagers: Starsream and Bulkhead

and the two pack Megs and Prime.

My favourite at the minute would be prowl.

Why no Bumblebee?

Anyway, here's my new list...

Deluxe:

  • Lockdown
  • Prowl
  • Oil Slick
  • Soundwave / Laserbeak
  • Ratchet
  • Snarl
  • Blackarachnia
  • Cybertron Mode Optimus Prime
  • Bumblebee
  • Jazz

Voyager:

  • Bulkhead
  • Starscream
  • Grimlock
  • Earth Mode Optimus Prime
  • Lugnut

Leader:

  • Earth Mode Megatron

...with Blitzwing en route, and Swoop and Sentinel Prime on preorder. Megatron's definitely now my fave but Oil Slick remains at #2, with Grimlock right after, and I prefer Cybertron Mode Prime to his Earth incarnation. Truthfully, though, I'm not even close to being remotely disappointed with any of them.

Fair enough, he's a neat little figure (except for his stingers not swinging in completely, but he can be posed to hide them) and will be worth the wait.

Swoop arrived with me today, all the way from Hong Kong (I decided not to wait to see if he actually was getting released here after that panic a few weeks back - I was desperate for him). Absolutely brilliant toy with a somewhat more intricate transformation than I expected. I think I prefer him to Grimlock ...

I got a Prowl the other day and having one hell of a time transforming him! Getting his legs in the right spot seems almost impossible without popping it off ... but it's still awesome!
