I prefer the Hasbro version. Still think the head looks massive with the battle helmet on!

I prefer the hasbro version, looks a lot cooler. Also those chrome thrusters just look crappy.

I like the cartoon accurateness of the Henkei, but it does come at the price of looking rather plain compared to its Classics counterpart.

I do prefer the Henkei version's helmet though. That red visor looks cooler than the blue one.

For the rest I share the common opinion here - Hasbro actually seem to have outdone Takara for once.
