i'm on dial up so my pc's just not gonna be able to download them (cry sob)

so can anyone who has burn some cybertron/galaxyforce onto a CD for me?
ive got the whole two seasons of Beastmacheans (plus the citron C4 transforming car advert) to trade on CD lol :)

No there's not. That's the entire object of file sharing. Generally you will be uploading faster than you're downloading. It's just the way of things.

There are ways to speed up your download speeds without stopping the upload rate in doing so.
