As a noob here i hope not to offend... But going off of the suggestion thread offer a few new subs that offer individual creativity and interactive fun naturally with the understanding it must be TF themed...
art,  rpg, chat box, video section, interactive games (flash) just to name a few things.

We've got an art section, check out the fanart forum.

We used to have an RPG forum, but it was never used, and for video's check out the downloads section.
