Yikes, I think my next haul from Ryan is going to make the poor Parcelfarce driver cry when he delivers it.

3 Binaltechs, 2 Encores, 2 Henkeis, 1 Origin of Valkyrie, 7 Revoltechs, 3 figmas, 2 S.H.Figuarts, 9 anime figures and a copy of the latest Dengeki Daioh magazine.

Does it sound surprising that it'll take two boxes to transport this lot to me?

You are correct, and the one I got was the Roy Focker VF-1S.

And the Revoltech releases for October made me chuckle.  We have the ultimate badass of bravery Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann being sold with a weird frog Sony created called Ricky.

A new promo for Clannad ~After Story~ has been uploaded onto its official website.

Now the wait until the 2nd of October continues...

The Brave Masterpieces are by and lage pretty simple - nowhere near as complicated as MP Transformers. They look pretty cool, but I find the vehicle modes pretty plain - I keep them combined.
God damn that TT Gurren Lagann! I said to myelf that I'd only pick up stuff that I planned to get anyway when I was in Tokyo. So far though that includes most of Universe and now that thing too.

They can be quite fiddly even when you know how to transform them.  I still cringe at the thought of slotting Exkaiser inside of King Roader because his forearms kept popping off among other things before I could close it up.

When you combine Dragon Kaiser with King Exkaiser, it is advised to remove Dragon Kaiser's arms so you can fold up the chest piece and attach the shoulder guns more securely.

The gold bits are the bow weapon in its concealed form.  The one that folds up is for when it's in jet mode, and the other for robot mode.

It doesn't connect in any firm way. There's a hand of Dragon Kaiser's that has two fingers pointing forwards. The nock of the arrow rests in this hand and then it's just a matter of making point straight so it lines up with the bow in his other hand.

I think you can also store the arrow on his back using the side hip clips on the Great Exkaiser chest piece.  But I've never tried it, so I don't know how well that feature works.

Bandai are once again making exclusive Souchaku Henshin figures for Yahoo Japan.  This time we have Kamen Rider Arc and Kamen Rider Rey from the Kamen Rider Kiva movie that is currently screening over there.

What is annoying me more though are these School Days (Summer Days) figures.  I would have bought them in a nanosecond if they weren't sold as unpainted garage kits.

The popularity of Kamen Rider Den-O is still as strong as ever.

Detailed information and pictures regarding the third movie Saraba, Kamen Rider Den-O have come to light.

And on the toy front, Kamen Rider Zeronos and Deneb will be getting the S.I.C. treatment.

Are the Kamen Rider series linked in any way? Assuming they make another one I might watch the first few episodes and see what I think but I don't like coming into a story halfway through.

The old Showa era series did have their ties with ties with one another.  Wereas the recent Heisei era series are done like the Brave series, they share similar themes but are standalone series in their own right.

This is the sign of a good CM.  It was only 15 seconds long, but it left me wanting more already.

Hell, I'd even watch Saraba, Kamen Rider Den-O: Final Countdown RAW if I could.
