Another favorite moment has to be in Agenda 2, between Silverbolt and Black Arachnia:

SB: No, my heart tells me that you will not.
BA: Oh yeah? *shoots SB's leg*
SB: You... shot me!
BA: No duh, dog boy, I'm evil.
SB: And yet, you ensured the wound would not be mortal! Your inner, Maximal goodness prevented you-
BA: Shut up!
It's not the words really but the expressions and way they were talking to each other. Just priceless.

I would have to say the episode Code of a Hero. When Dinobot sacrificed himself for in essence the beginning of where the human race started was deep. According to this episode if it wasn't for Dinobot the human race would not exist. It also showed the evilness of Megatron in his quest to destroy humans or should I say flesh creatures. I also the inner conflict Dinobot was going through between his predecon upbriging and joining the maximals was deep also. Dinobot is my favorite Transformer of all time and this episode prooves why.

Yeah i know that but still the first time i saw him fight Optmal Optimus i was gobsmacked at him been beaten badly.

i think my favorite moment in the BW series was when starscream came back and was still up to his old tricks in trying to take down megatron and take his place as leader. a classic episode, one of the best.

When Megatron first enters the Ark and begins his speech before blasting
Optimus Prime. I thought that was unreal to see the two sets of characters
all in one package.

i dont have many as that ive only seen season 2+3 and only afew of 1 but i liked the last fight between them all in nemisis part2 it was so cool that what lengths they would go to stop megs but not kill him!

Well, there are so many cool moments in Beast Wars...
In spite of the fact I'm almost 18, I cried a little when Dinobot died. The whole episode was awesome, especially the end with his funeral. This is more than just a cartoon - I mean Beast Wars generally. It has everything - good plot, different characters, action, love - as I said, everything.
Another tough moment is in Feral Screem part 2 when Optimus warns Cheetor for the coming bot and Cheetor says: "Which bot? Oh, you mean that bot?" (or smth like that) and shoots trough Waspinator without watching. And the moment in The Spark where Rhinox and Cheetor are fighting to save the new protoform and Cheetor has that dream. "When a spark goes online, there is a great joy. When one is extinguished, Universe weeps" or smth like that. I also like the beggining of Nemesis part 1 where Optimus reads parts from "The Covenants of Primus" while Tigerhawk practises his hits. All of the moments with those quotes make the story really impressive.  I'm so glad that I finally have all of the Beast Wars and Beast Machines episodes!!!

Best Dramatic Scene: Dinobot's last stand & eventual death. My childhood was destroyed after that :(
Best Comedic Scene: Anything with a combination of slapstick and Waspinator. Probably the most memorable was when he thought he was Shrapnel. Classic stuff.

One of my favourite moments is when TM2 Dinobot decides to give the Maximals a fighting chance near the end of the series. Honour and all that with a little twist in Megatron's spaceship adventure. Nice.

my fav part in the beast wars series was when the maximals where blind and had tro make their way back to the base with the predacons after them and they make it back, its good

I'd have to say it's a tie between Primal and Ratrap's "That's just prime" scene in "An Optimal Situation" and the very last scene of the series where Waspinator finally gets a well-deserved and long overdue moment in the limelight after three seasons of getting blasted apart at least once in every episode he appeared in, including that one.
