It's not actually photoshop, it's called photostudio 5 (a rubbishy fake version probably) but for a first timer like me it's ok  No idea where it's from though.  It's just on here

Just checked the version number + stuff for you matey.  It's called ArcSoft PhotoStudio5.  Unfortunatley underneath it says "For Canon", which means I most probably got it with my old Canon digi camera + then forgot about it.

Seeing as you are more into Sig designing than me, it may be worth having a look in a software shop/PC world etc.  The cheaper end of the line type things would probably suffice as  you'll be making sigs + not giant photos I would guess *tries to hide inexperience*.

One thing I can tell you though is that for years I have only ever used Paint (that u get free on PCs) + what I'm using now, doesn't seem to scramble up the colours + stuff as much when I save to JPEG.
