I've uploaded another video of the CSA and my phonecalls with them. This one's quite short, about 3 minutes... largely due to the fact that the woman hung up on me when she realised I was recording the call.

Have a watch, leave a comment, let me know what you think.

Anyone else had problems with 'em?

Watch the video on YouTube here.

Bloody hell.

I feel for you. These people are incompetant fools. They want everything done in writing, but it was them that f**ked up the writing to begin with.

What's funny is that right in the beginning the CSA reminds you that the phone conversation may be recorded.  Yet, you can't do the same.

Kafka wrote about s**t like this.  Bureaucratic nightmares.

Have you seen the movie Brazil directed by Terry Gilliam?

Good luck because obviously, logic has failed.

The child support agencies (jugendamt) in Germany have been under fire for the last few years, what with babys been dead for years, money collected, Babys been frozen in Fridges and general abuse, with this not being detected, even when visited! proves one point! that even in England as well as here they are a bunch of t**sers with schooling, diplomas for jack sh*t. They are the fastest when money is owned, apart from that another government shambles, called A social service.

"Watched" this last night and they really are a buch of idiots. I had a similar, but not so serious encounter with NatWest a couple of months ago. (No possible repossesions, for example) My debit card got damaged and it took a month, 8 phone calls and a trip into a branch (difficult for me as there aren't any NatWests very close to me) before they sent me another one. They eventually passed me onto the "customer concern" branch, but only after I started getting angry and told them I'd change bank. After working for Game I know what it's like to be on the receiving end of an angry customer so I told myself I'd never get angry like that but it just really got to me.

Errr what element of it is taxed?

Is it not simply the transfer of income from one party to another?

yeah, but it is how it's done fella and in the manner as well. Thing is if they devoted this Money drive into getting both Parties together for the sake of the child, then one would balance the other out. They don't. If you have the pleasure, then believe me you would be seeing it differently. Not that I am criticising  you, but often looking in from the outside makes things look rosy.

No, it's not. When the parent with care is in receipt of benefits the CSA claw that money back from the non resident parent. I'm paying £127 per week to them, my ex-wife isn't getting anywhere near that. She'll be getting a third of that if she's lucky.

Same theory and questioning as to where all that money go's or comes from concerning the politicians, perhaps? The Government has nifty ways in circling the money paying and for funding things. It's like paying medical insurance never being sick, then asking where has the money gone, if it was never used for you?

thats totally different.

Medical insurance is taking by a private company. You cant expect your
house insurer to refund your premium just because you dont make a claim.

By that logic the most you can claim should be the several hundred pounds
the insurance costs.

It pays for all those who do claim that year

It's after tax, they take 25% of your income after tax if you have three kids. The problem with me is that they think I'm arrears, when I'm not, which means they're taking an additional £42 per week from me that I don't owe them.

The parent with care (usually the mother, but not always) will see only a small percentage of that money because the rest goes back to the government to reimburse them for the benefits they are already paying to the single mother.

That's why it's better for both parents if they have an agreement between them to pay money without involving the CSA. However if the mother is claiming benefit the CSA are automatically notified, meaning they'll claw the money back their way.

You can't speak to them or explain anything to them, they see father's as people being in their debt. As far as they're concerned all fathers owe them money and just trying to get away without paying.

They are answerable to no one, and have the power to take money directly from people's wages. There's nothing you can do about it.

That's why so many people get angry about them, why fathers have committed suicide and gone bankrupt. The CSA just want money, they don't care about anything else. Only money.
