Proto X just suggested arranging an IMAX meet, it makes sense since there's only about 4 in the country and I assume most of us are planning to see it? Would anyone else be up for it?

Where in London is the IMAX? I can get return tickets to London Marlyebone from Snow Hill for about a tenner or so on Saturdays (or at least I could 5 months ago....).

The IMAX in London is literally right outside London Waterloo station. Tickets to showings are £12 for adults or about £9 for concessions. The film's out on September 21st and there are 2 showings each weekday and 3 showings each weekend day.

Middle of the day isn't possible as the earliest showing on a Saturday is 5pm. Checked the site and all Transformers showings are in the evening as films with a lower certification are shown during the day. Will probably finish about half 7-8 with ads, trailers, etc. I'm happy with that. Just to confirm this is what it's looking like right now:

Saturday 22nd of September 5pm showing, finishing about half past 7-8 o' clock at London IMAX outside London Waterloo.

If you book in advance do you get set seat numbers? If so, might be best if people let me know if they wanna come. I get paid in 4 hours so I could afford to do one huge group booking. Let me know ASAP please people.

Birmingham's optimal- it'll also mean you get more people coming, as it's easier to access for others from around the country.

 It's unfair if some of us have to be £40-odd just to watch the movie again down in London.
