After recently watching the MTMTE again, i still find it confusing that hound's role was reduced in the main series. I mean, he was set up as the human relation character that ended up becoming bumblebee. In fact spike didn't even hang out with BB, sparkplug did, yet by transport to oblivion spike and bumbles are best mates, and poor old hound is barely seen again.

question is, why? why did they decide to change hound's role, seeing as he was pretty good in that respect, and it fit in with his tech specs too. bumblebee didn't need constant exposure did he?

spike wasn't even old enough to drive! i seem to remember that a cop stops him at one point... anyway being in the jeep would be no problem cos hound could make a holo-driver!

anyway, i'm not sure that being a military jeep is enough reason to downgrade him so mauch...

yeah same as some Trailbreaker, Skids have limited role as well what I remember.. I like hound's holo driver style.. so spike not need drive only sparkplug.. and I wish Hound need more roles often each episodes as bumblebee does. thanks.

i think they should of had sky fire in a bit longer aswell

and why is it at the beginning they could fly but then later on they couldnt.?

bah skyfire was treated very badly - he wakes up - he gets buried again - the autobots hold a memorial - bugger off home - need to go to peru - and dig him up to carry them there - and from then on hes a taxi

what i would like to know is

ive just watched season 4 of the headmasters and in the begginning videos you see parts that are in the takara headmaster sets?

so why didnt they carry on with season 4 instead of takara making a  cock end of it

i believe those parts arent from the takara headmasters but shots from what would have been series 4. Takara did a very good job with headmasters creating a good storyline. So what if they changed it somewhat - hasbro did it first
