What animal or Fuzor combo did you want to see in the 'Beast Wars' line but never appeared?

I wanted to see a Maximal that transformed into a kangaroo or a hippo.

For the Fuzors, how about a weasel with the legs of a tarantula or perhaps a jack rabbit with the head of a parrot (yeah, those are weird, aren't they?)?

Before I knew about the comic series and many other stories to beast wars outside of the show I loved, I always wanted to see lizard/crocodile bots, a turtle (disappointing he didn't use the shell as a shield, though ;)), and more bug ones. Also more dinosaur types or prehistoric animals (mastodons, saber-tooth cats, etc.) would have been great (being a fan of dino-riders the show, too ;)). Aussie themed animals would have been interesting too, and could have made an interesting character on the show (in much the same way as the cobra/scorpion is stereotypically texan) - a tassie tiger, a kangaroo, a cassowary, or some of the prehistoric animals - the marsupial lion comes to mind :D

As for a fuzor mix, I thought a bat mixed with something would be cool, as it would give it cooler looking wings and be like the evil equivalent of silverbolt ;) Also mixing prehistoric dinosaurs or something with modern animals would have been interesting.

(orang utan) mutant. platypus-koala mutant. i'd really dig them if the designs are good.

I absolutely hate fuzors as a concept, Wuzzles did it better.
Although I strangley love Tigerhawk.
If I were to want one Fuzor though, I'd say a BW version of Fangry who was a winged werewolf.

I like the fuzor concept a lot, although some combination are not great like Buzzclaw.
I dislike Tigerhawk, he just a reminder of the death of two of the best BW characters.

I would have like to see more birds in it, maybe a sparrow.
Fuzor combo, I don't know, maybe octopus with snake limbs for the Predacons. But I would have like to see some of the mythical creatures like a griffin or a flying lion.

I always thought some more characters with a melee combat focus like dinobot would have been cool - I did some rough sketches of what kind of things I had in mind.

There was a bear that had a viking/mythical norse theme like a berserker with two axes, a stereotypical viking helmet, and axes for weapons (even though the real vikings never had horned helmets, used mainly swords and shields, etc. :P) and an ankylosaurus as a spartan-esque warrior (I had not seen 300 before I thought of it, honest :P) which the armoured back could come off to form a shield, the spear would lock under the tail (which would become the legs) - the spear could shoot some kind of energy ammunition - and the legs of the original ankylosaur would become shoulder-mounted guns of some kind :P I imagine the names would be something like Mjollnir for the bear (thor's hammer's name) or perhaps after a norse god, and for the ankylosaur it would probably be named after a greek god (Apollo? Ares - god of war?)

I did some very rough sketches of how I imagined they would look.

I like the ankylosaurus idea though its mace-like tail would serve better as an actual mace instead of a spear.

The octopus/snake idea sounds good, too.

Yeah I was thinking the tail for a two-handed hammer, but I liked the back of the ankylosaur as a shield so I thought spear would work, I also means it opens up a legionnaire theme for the guy ;)

bats wings seem too puny to make a scorpion fly :P it's look kinda weird.

I think they could have done the frilled neck lizard a bit better. Seems like all those non-deluxe models would get whooped by the deluxe ones no matter how big their gun was :P

 Noooo, furries!

As for regular animals there are soooo many I would have loved to see! I too would love the idea of some Aussie animals. Casowary, Platypus, and obviously a deluxe (or even Mega class) Kangaroo!

But because I'm me, I'd like to see a Sloth made, too.  A hippo would be cool to complete the three big greys as I call them (Elephant, Hippo and Rhino)

A Tarsier (if they could somehow make one) would be great. I can imagine them using transparent plastic for the eyes (though the trned for BW figures is to have just coloured plastic for the eyes with no detail on the beast modes).

As for Fuzors, I dunno. I'll think about that one and come back with some designs Ive thought of.

Oh and Delivarence. Whilst Iguanus (frilled lizard) was released as a basic he also made a comeback as a bigger transmetal toy!

Platypus, nature's very own fuzor

More like nature's very own joke about evolution :P

His tactic can be: the enemy bots are too busy laughing hysterically at the platypus while he disarms them.

Platypus venom cannot kill a person. It just hurts a fair bit.

And it is also in an awkward location on their hind ankle, so it would still make for a silly bot :P

 Uh.....no.

How about it just have a lethal paddle-tail?

We may never see this Fuzor, but what about a rabbit/antelope Fuzor (like the fictious Jackalope)?
