I'd probably pick Rattrap, as his wisecracks and complaints were a highlight of the series for me.

They're all good. Except for Terrorsaur and Scorponok, who were absolutely the right characters to kill off at the start of Season 2, and Airrazor/Tigatron, who were pretty bland.

Waspinator (cos I can do his voice to perfection - seriously. In fact so seriously that he's going to be featuring in some of my audio comedies)
And secondly Silverbolt because come on - every guy wants to talk to their girl like that, don't they......???
Loved the bit in Beast Machines where you know who suddenly spoke with his voice.
