thought id start a thread on this, does anyone else agree that the prices on animateds toys are ridiculous. Earth mode megatron Ł89!!! and thats not including postage aarrggghh. oh and its loose.

The prices are only ridiculous if you're one of the impatient fans out there that can't wait a few months for their official (already twice the price of the US) UK releases.

i preordered every one from hasbros site average prices there, $10 - $20 - $50

I got my prowl from hong kong for Ł15 all in [no box though] so prices are coming down, you can get blitzwing for aroun Ł35-Ł40 now he was 250-300 when he 1st appeared on ebay, so just wait awhile, all leader figs are horrendesly over priced, i hope they do a voyager version of earth mode megs,

Deluxes should be Ł10 at the most, without shipping. I've got Prowl in preorder for only $12. Voyagers won't be much more than Ł20.

As said before, some idiots shell out ridiculous money for toys that will be in stores all over the world in just a few months.

think il stick to voyager class when they all get released, although leader class earth megs as pictured above just looks ace. prowl will prob be most popular autobot.
