A couple weeks back, I ordered the Animated Cybertronian mode Optimus Prime from play.com. My package arrived through the post this morning, and I opened it up.........
.........only to be confronted with an Animated Starscream instead. The fools have sent me the wrong figure!
So now I find myself in something of a dilemma. I'm faced with three possible choices here: a) Keep the figure, as it actually does look cooler than I thought it would - if, that is, I can find storage space for it! b) Email Play and ask them to send me the product I asked for when I send Screamer back to them, or c) Ask you kind lot if any of you fancy doing a trade? Screamer is available to the best (not necessarily highest!) bidder!
What does one do? Thoughts, people?

So you got a £20 figure instead of a £10 figure?
Sounds like a win to me.

Well that kinda makes me glad I cancelled my Animated orders with them now...
But seriously, I think you got a positive from this cock-up. So I wouldn't say anything about it.

Yeah man. Cybertron mode Prime is a deluxe, SS is a voyager. I'd praise the toy gods for your half price Starscream, then buy a decent Prime.

Keep that guy. He's a voyager. He's a kick-@$$ figure. You should exchange him for Prime only if you have Ani Starscream.
Oh,you decided to keep it?Good choice.

What's up with Play.com at the moment? I ordered Starscream & Lockdown & ended up with Bumblebee & the deluxe Prime instead. I wasn't a happy chappie.

Perhaps you got Motormaster's Prime? And someone else got a Lockdown instead of a Bumblebee?
Still, it's sloppy, and shouldn't happen at such a big store.

I assume they got their internal systems wrong - Starscream and Prime. They must be in a rush to get theses for sale before the Universe
