..to get an itch? I don't mean in an "embarrasing place to scratch" kind of way. I mean in an irritating kind of way.

I think for me, it's got to be the toof of the mouth, (or is it the inner ear? You never can quite tell) You try to rub it with your tongue, or jam your finger in your earlobe and jiggle it but can never get at it!!

its when you scratch the itch, the itch decides to move somewhere else, thats what irritates me

I don't like it when it gets itchy behind my eye.

Anywhere where I suddenly get an itch, after getting my hands covered in raw chicken, or dough, or something. I work in a kitchen, by the way.
They do seem to pop up as soon as I cant possibly scratch it.

The left side of my head, above the ear. I think I must look like a chimp when I scratch there. That's the spot that itches the most often.
