So, a movie you wish you never saw. Could be a terrible film or perhaps something so disturbing (which is what I'm angling for) that you wish you'd never see again.
For disturbing, I'll go with Requiem For a Dream. While this is one of my favourite films, I cannot watch it again. Some scenes are truly disturbing and affect me on an intimate, personal level.
As for lousy, I'm gonna say The Lost Highway. For whatever reason I was determined to see this film all the way through to the end. I fell asleep at exactly 5 sittings before I gave up and realized that the purpose of this movie was to cure insomnia. Though, I did fall asleep and wake up at certain times; so therefore I believe I have seen the entire movie all together after the 5 viewings.

I did the same thing with Titanic. I never saw the end of it, so I cannot say if it was truly terrible. I had gotten only 50 minutes into it. It's up there though.

Never been disturbed by a film. I tend to be pretty well de-sensitised to most films, (but give me a film like ring of bright water which is about an animal, or someones relation ship to one and the animal dies at the end or something and I bawl like a baby...) in fact, I can't watch Ring of bright water for the very reason that the dude's pet otter, for whom he has moved fromt he city so it can live in the scottish highlands happily gets hit by a shovel at the end...so, actually,...yeah...there ya go, it doesn't disturb me, but it upsets me tremendously...
As for bad films, Starship Troopers and Hitchikers Guide to the Galaxy (the recent version with Martin Freeman) I love the book, so the film was an immense disappointment.
Also, Galvanise need not comment! We KNOW what film you hate!

Watership Down.
My mate's the same. He can't watch it either. He's worse than me, actually.

Watership Down scarred me for life when I was 5. Still can't watch it to this day!
Barefoot Gen is another cartoon I'll never watch again. The bit where everyone melts away in a nuclear wind prevented me from sleep afterwards.

Starship Troopers and Hitchikers Guide to the Galaxy
i like both of these. i've never read the HGtG book but i really did like the movie.
Starship troopers i went through hating and liking. i do like it more now that i think it's a piss take and the fact that it's got all the same music from Robocop in it

Have you tried the radio series? Total classic (And the post-Adams Tertiary-Quandary Phases are quite faithful. The Dirk Gently series wasn't bad either).
As for the movie, they got Arthur, Trillian, Marvin and the Book spot-on and Ford took some getting used to, but Zaphod just didn't work for me.

most disturbing id would say is hannibal calocust or something like that its called
basically set as a documentary and was banned due to the nature of it, the producer and director were in court and had to prove that the cast wasnt actually dead, thats how bad it is, and the animals were really killed in it aswell
oh and a film called alien abuduction, looks like a cam corder joby, really gets your mind playing tricks especially the little girl in it, that still freaks me out now

Cannibal Holocaust. Loved that movie. I have quite a large collection of so called 'Snuff' movies. Flower of Flesh and blood is another good one, but weird.

Can't say I've been disturbed by any movies I've seen, but I have no intention of ever again watching the likes of Mortal Kombat, Batman & Robin, or Robocop 3. They were all absolute abominations - crimes against celluloid.
