It was in my local Forbidden Planet last week, at not much more than the Amazon price. I may pick one up today.

I think I'll get it. I've been keeping an eye on ebay for complete sets of the the original issues, but they tend to go for more than I want to pay for them, and I can't be arsed to buy incomplete collections as they are a pain in the arse when it comes to completing without any duplication.

I made a post about this nearly a year ago, but the book was put back a couple of times. Glad to see it's come out at last - I might get it, but I picked up all ten issues of his comic from ebay a couple of years ago, as well as the previous compilation done by Marvel UK in about 1990.

Question, if one were to purchase this book would they be enlightened as to why Death's Head is so admired as he is?

Well, seeing as this book has all of his adventures, and admiration cannot spawn out of nowhere, I'd say you get first prize for useless question of the day.

Bah, seeing as I'm from the 'What's so special about Death's Head' camp, it was a question that needed to be asked.

Picked it up today, thoroughly enjoying it in between bouts of wondering 'what's the point of Dragon's Claws'?

It was a decent story, had a lot of potential.

I've never read Dragon's Claws. Hope they're collected next.

Does this include Death Head's appearances outside of his own mini-series? Such as his scuffles with the Doctor and the like?

It includes 'High Noon Tex' and the issues of Dragon's Claws and Dr Who that he appeared in, but doesn't include his appearances in the US comics (Fantastic Four, What If).

Bollocks. Should have guessed, mind, seeing as it was published  during his era.
