after reading how RichyX got himself wheeljack for £35 and i got both predaking and fortmax for £250 after messaging an ebayer making an offer to get them to end the auction early i was wondering who else had had similar suceess with other ebayers.

ive only ever done it once before i won ramjet and dirge and asked the guy to sell me thundercracker early as id won the other two. It worked.

Anyone got any similar stories?

Oh it really annoys me when bidders do that to me. Mainly because i tend to start my auctions at low prices, well below what i actually expect for the items. That said, its a nice way to avoid being sniped.

yeah, well I am trying for Grimmlock, snarl and Skywarp at the moment as well as Ultra Magnus, I have tried one or two nice emails good response so far. On another thread I mentioned how lucky i was that I was delivered the wrong TF.  So that meant getting 4 others figures free of shipping costs. So yes, it is good to have a talk at times. At the moment I have the problem, being in Germany and the shipping costs. Tons of goodies, from Taiwan, but Fakes? or not delivered but paid for mar them, which makes this all risky business

I once asked this eBay seller that I buy a lot of my toku merchandise from if he had some of the now discontinued Souchaku Henshin figures I was looking for, which resulted in me getting the Kamen Rider Kaixa figure I'd been wanting since I first started collecting the range.

I once bought some stuff of this Japanese eBayer, zero-f. I wound up buying from him regularly outside of eBay.

I also turned supplier for a Dutch guy after he'd won an auction. He requested, he paid, I ordered and had it shipped to him. Of course I always got a little money out of it

I don't think Nemmy actually has a face. I think he looks just like Cobra Commander.
